Questions
- What happens when I hit the free limits?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Once you have 3 active runs, 10 cultures or 1 genetic line, you can still finish, harvest and archive what you have, but you cannot add new ones until a run is closed out or you move to Grower. Your history stays readable either way.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Hobby. Your records stay in your account; you keep read access and exports on the free tier.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Point of sale payments go directly to your own Stripe or PayPal account, and we never touch the money. You pay their normal processing fees and nothing extra to us.
- Is yearly really two months free?
- Yes. Grower is $19 a month or $190 a year, and Farm is $49 a month or $490 a year, which is twelve months for the price of ten.
- Do I need a thermal label printer?
- No. QR labels print from any browser on plain paper or sticker sheets. If you do want thermal labels, the Android app prints to a Supvan T50 over Bluetooth.
