Share a harvest, or list a run

Two different kinds of sharing, both opt-in. Harvest cards are unlisted links you send to someone. Community results are a searchable database of finished-run stats — yield, biological efficiency, days to pin and harvest — that other growers can filter by culture line, species, and provider.

Harvest cards

After you log a harvest, you can create an unlisted card at a private link (mushroomminder.com/h/…). You choose what appears: weight, photo, days in fruiting, days from inoculation, scientific name, notes, and farm name.

Cards are get-by-id only. There is no public feed of harvests, and we do not list them in search. Anyone with the link can view it until you stop sharing. Lab codes, recipes, and your workspace stay off the card.

Community run results

A finished run can be listed in a public database at https://mushroomminder.com/community. That is not just a leaderboard. Every listed run is a row you can browse and filter:

• Line name (the strain or isolate you work, such as a named oyster line)
• Species and common name
• Culture provider, when the line came from liquid culture or spores and you include it
• Habitat, fruit-from-grain, and optional culture generation and vessel
• Yield, flush count, biological efficiency, days to pin, days to harvest

Leaderboards sit on top of the same data: highest yield, highest BE, fastest to pin, fastest to harvest. Averages roll up by line, provider, and species so you can see how a vendor culture or a named line tends to perform — not only who won a single run.

Listing is per run, from the run screen after you have a harvest. You can update the stats after more flushes, or withdraw the listing. We never publish org ids, run lab codes, line codes, culture codes, or recipes. Farm name is off unless you turn it on.

What stays private

Your grow records are private until you opt in. Unlisted harvest cards can still be sent link-only if you create one.

Deleting a run or your workspace removes published community results. Details are in the privacy policy.
